These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Canadian Tech-Institute for Academic Research ("CTIAR", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
CTIAR provides software development, web development, digital marketing, professional training, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work as specified in the project agreement. CTIAR retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries used remain the property of their respective owners.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges.
CTIAR's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Manitoba.
